If you would like to be registered with our NHS Virtually GP practice, you will need to transfer your registration from your current GP surgery to us. How does it work when things can’t be done digitally?

What does switching GP surgery mean?

Switching GP surgery means moving your registration from your current GP practice to a new one, so your medical records and ongoing care are managed by the new surgery.

Can I be registered with two different GP surgeries?

No, you can only be registered with one GP surgery at a time. If you join a new GP surgery, your registration will automatically move from your previous one, and your medical records will be transferred to your new practice.

What happens to my medical records?

When you have completed your registration and created your virtually account, your GP health records will be transferred to our NHS virtually GP practice.
